Re: Jerry Livingston - Livco Hardscapes

We contracted with Jerry Livingston on two separate projects at our home.

Our first project was a retaining wall leading to our back yard. We had a very steep slope that was very difficult to navigate. We had a design in mind, which Jerry had to modify slightly. We also asked that he design a walk way to some steps going through the wall with a low riser making it easier to go up and down. The crew was reliable, efficient fast, and dependable. The project was completed very quickly and the finished product was even better than we had hoped for.

When it came time for our second and much larger project. Jerry was the only person we wanted to do the job. We needed two retaining walls with steps in the middle. We also had a pathway with steps going to a chipped slate covered patio near the back of our yard.

For this project, we also had a drawing and some plans which again had to have some minor modifications to complete with the stone that matched the first project. Jerry worked closely with us to design the project in the best way to complete our dream "RsR" patio. We had some specific design needs for a future stone fireplace, and he was able to accommodate all to those requirements.

Jerry had suggestions and recommendations on both projects which were better than our original plans. Both of our finished projects are beautiful and compliment our home and landscape.

Jerry is honest and dependable, and we would definitely call on him again if and when another project develops and have recommended him to several people.

RE: Livco Hardscapes

I highly recommend this company for designing and installing Pavers. I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Jerry Livivingston. Jerry helped design the layout of pavers around my pool and pool house. He was able to add ideas that I did not visualize. He spent time taking me to previous jobs that he had completed giving me ideas, showing me colors and the different types of pavers that he offers.

He worked many days along side his crew members and was very attentive to their work and progress. He made sure they did the job correctly. Jerry was very attentive to my yard also. For my project, there was no way to avoid some yard destruction from equipment, but Jerry was great in trying to repair the yard.

I love the beautiful new look of my pool and pool house area. The up lighting, lampposts and the addition of a stone wall to enter the pool house are all ideas that Jerry help design and have turned my backyard into a retreat!

Jerry aimed to please, he was very honest and if he said he would do something he did! My experience with Jerry Livingston and Livco was great.

If I ever have another need for Paver type work, I will definitely call Livco Hardscapes.
