We use many patterns when installing pavers such as random, herringbone, basket weave, running bond, brick, soldier course, sailor course, serpentine and medallions. On every project, Livco Hardscapes follows the guidelines set forth by I.C.P.I (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute). These guidelines include proper depth of excavation, adequate base and bedding sand material, compaction of pavement and joint stabilization. Joint stabilization may be achieved through the use of polymeric sand or a joint stabilizing sealer. A wide variety of concrete sealers can also be applied to your pavers. Choose from clear/transparent sealer, matte finish wet look, glossy wet look brightener or intensifier. Livco Hardscapes is an experienced installer of Belgard, Sims Stone and Pavestone interlocking pavers. We are also and experienced installer of permeable pavers.
